Q&A's

Turn around time

We require 15-20 business days from the day that your order is confirmed. A confirmed order is one thas has been paid for and that has sent us their POP. This excludes shipping time which is 1-3 business days depending on where you are located.

Can I order a different size top and pants?

Yes you can! We have separate categories for our pants and tops.

Please take note that at the moment we only make women's scrubs. We're planning on expanding to do men's scrubs very soon.

Shipping and costs

We ship nationwide via using courierguy.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R100 for all parcels weighing less than 2kg.

We will let you know once your parcel has been shipped and will send you your own tracking number. Shipping takes 1-3 business days after a parcel has been sent out.

If you're located in the outskirts or your parcel weighs more than 2kgs extra shipping costs may apply after you've paid via the website.

What materials do we use?

Our jogger scrubs are made of a fourway stretch material which is a lightweight material which is also breathable.

Returns & Refunds

We do not allow refunds or returns. We make scrubs per order only. Please double check the size chart before you place your order. If you're uncertain of your size, you can email us your measurements and add it under the notes section, then we will be able to advise you on which size we think will suit you best.

We do not alter scrubs, we only provide standardised sets.

Do we offer embroidery?

Yes we do! It's charged at R40 per top, and can include your title, name and or surname and or occupation.

Available Colors

Currently our jogger sets are available in 8 colors, if you want a specific color not listed please just email us your preferable color and we'll see what we can do.

Bulk Orders

We give 10% discount on orders of more than 10 jogger sets.
